Shipping Information
Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We’ll check item availability, and if the item is unavailable or backordered, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. For items available for immediate shipping (within 1-2 business days), your payment will be processed, and the order will be prepared for dispatch.
Shipping Process
Items that are in stock will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you the tracking information within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking details within five business days, please reach out to us at info@tcgarmour.com.au.
Product Warranty and Returns
All our products include a 12-month warranty against damages or defects provided by our suppliers.
Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please document it at the time of delivery. If your items arrive damaged, please send us detailed information and photos at info@tcgarmour.com.au, and we’ll assist you with an insurance claim.

Return Policy
We provide a 14-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
For change-of-mind returns, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL packaging. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted
- Customers must request a return in writing within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@tcgarmour.com.au as soon as possible. Orders not yet processed can be canceled free of charge. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the cost of purchase will apply.
We will confirm your cancellation via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
